When The Wedding Vogue called us to add some flair to Allissa and Manuel’s wedding welcome party, we were all in! They wanted a splash of balloon magic, and we delivered with a stunning 12-foot balloon garland, that set the stage for an unforgettable evening. We delivered it to the Kawartha Spirit downtown Halifax.
